Client Code of Conduct

 Our missions is to provide our clients and patients with exceptional care. Respect and trust between provider and client is the foundation to great care.  

We are committed to providing our clients and patients the ultimate in veterinary care while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. To continue to improve the wellbeing of our staff we have a Client Code of Conduct.


We have a zero tolerance policy for the following:


1. Verbal abuse, malicious or harmful statements, profanity or disrespect directed at any member of our staff


2. Any form of harassment including: cyberbullying, discriminatory comments and/or actions, intimidation tactics and/or threats


3. Public disclosure of another’s private information


4. Any other objectionable behavior that disrupts our business and disturbs our veterinarians, technicians, support staff, clients, and/or patients


This policy is strictly enforced and non-compliance will result in corrective measures being taken. We reserve the right to discontinue services immediately in the event there is behavior that falls in and around the above stated policy.
