Healthcare Plan Term and Conditions


  • Healthcare plans can be started anytime during the year. 
  • HCPs are NON REFUNDABLE after purchase.
  • In the event the horse the HCP was purchased for can not complete the HCP visit series, the remaining visits may be transferred to another horse, including that of a friend or family member
  • All HCP visits must be completed within 16 months of the first HCP visit or 18 months of purchase date.
  • The vaccine schedule is subject to change depending on horse circumstances.
  • Appointments not associated with one of the four HCP visits will be charged the standard Farm Call rates by area. Individual HCP visits can not be purchased.
  • If a Dental float can not be done at a HCP visit, and is scheduled and completed  within 2 weeks of the last HCP visit,  a farm call will not be charged. 
  • There is one Coggins Test included per Healthcare Plan. If another Coggins is required during the Healthcare Plan Cycle, an additional Coggins fee will be charged. 
  • Starting January 1, 2024 Clients and Patients that are non-Members of the HCP and book appointments at  the same time as HCP Members will now be charged a farm call for their visit. Farm calls may be shared among non HCP clients/patients.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the owner to book all quarterly HCP appointments for their horses on the plan in a timely manner. 
  • We reserve the right to change Terms and Conditions at any time.
